I would like to thank God for his faithfulness towards me. God has blessed me these recent months as I was looking for a job. This was a requirement for a special Master program in the University.

The job market was particularly difficult in this business as the economic crisis recently hit the industry. I knew that God had a plan for me but I kept applying to companies without receiving any positive answers or sometimes no answers at all. The deadline to secure employment was in August. In the beginning of July, no companies had contacted me. By the end of July, a small company that had previously turned down my application called me back to offer me the position. One day later, one of the biggest companies in the industry wanted to interview me for the program. In the first interview of this second company, I asked the recruiter how many people they were interviewing for that position. He replied that a dozen people had retained their attention. Only one was to be hired. I was therefore a bit skeptical even if I knew that God was with me. I would think lets try it, but don’t put your heart too much into it. The first interview went well. The recruiter told me that he would be giving an answer for the second interview in one week time. He called the very same afternoon to confirm my second interview. The second interview went well but an unexpected obstacle emerged. Every student applying to that program had at least a Bachelor and some a Master. As I was about to finish my bachelor program in August with a final paper that I had to hand in, I didn’t have any official degree at the time of the interview. This was a major issue for me but wasn’t an issue at all for God. I prayed and God used the coordinator of the program who wrote a wonderful email to the company to say that everything was fine with me. After that, I received a call from the HR telling me to come to the third interview. A few days later after praying for a positive answer, the company calls me to announce that they chose me for this program. Our Lord made a way for me, even if they seemed to be no way in the sector. More than 200 students applied to the program, but only 18 students found a job and were accepted. When you know that it is not you, that it can’t be men, you definitely know that it is God who takes care of his children. I am thankful to God for the blessing that he poured on my life and would like to give him all the glory.

I had been suffering from ALLERGY and burning sensation on my neck. In fact, Pastor saw the black spots all over the neck and due to the itching and burning sensation I could not sleep well. I consulted several doctors and had x-rays done but nothing was found. I even took lots of medications. I became anxious as the allergy spread from my neck to the face and the chest and I was in a desperate situation. I came forward and asked Pastor Philip for prayers but although the allergy did not go I slept well. I continued to pray and believe in my heart, and the second time when Pastor called for prayers, I again went forward and he laid hands over me and prayed for me. I also started fasting for 7 days as the Lord led me. On the 6th day of fasting, I was feeling down and could not even pray but still went to church. I returned for the Sunday evening Bible study. The Pastor and the deliverance ministry team prayed for me and IMMEDIATELY, the itching and burning sensation ceased and the skin was also healed! Glory to God!

I had a great desire to receive the Holy Spirit in my life and to speak in tongues as others do. During the last Sunday evening Bible study when the Pastor and the deliverance ministry team prayed for me,I received the in-filling of the Holy Spirit. I just cannot explain the feeling. I was trembling and some words that I could not understand were coming out of my mouth and that evening I really felt the mighty presence of God.

I am a newcomer to the church. In the month of March 2009, I attended the deliverance prayer meeting and during the prayers, Pastor prayed over me and I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and started speaking in tongues. I am very thankful to the Lord. To God be the glory!

I had pain in my right shoulder and went to the Permanence on 1 February 2009. I was advised to have an X-ray taken which showed an inflammation. I was prescribed some medication but the pain still persisted. I returned to the doctor and had blood tests. On Sunday, 8 February, the Pastor called for prayers for people with pain in the shoulder and other diseases. I went forward and felt much better after being prayed over. On 20 February, I went back to the doctor for the test results, and it was declared that no rheumatism could be found. I give all the Praise to JESUS.

I had hot sensations in the stomach and cramps on both my legs. I went up from prayers and when the Pastor prayed for me, I received instant healing. I really thank the Lord for his wonderful Healing power!!
